A pool table and a bar create a unique and socially active space. Hidden inside a cupboard there is a small kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer and icemaker.

On the ground floor, there are 3 suits, one with twin beds and the other with double beds. All the bedrooms have TV.
The villa is located at the top of a clif overlooking the ocean and the boundries of the property are really on the edge of the cliff, so for security reasons please do not step outside the fenced area.
